The staff were amazing, hotel is basic but lovely and the roof terrace has the perfect views. Great location and Luna the dog is beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay ❤️

The terrace has a fantastic view of the lake and volcanoes, was lovely to sit up there and admire the view. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good value for money, great location and nice room. The balcony was a nice area and had nice views. Staff very friendly and helpful.
