Guests must check in by 19:00 to eat dinner at the property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. Reservations must be made 7 days prior to the check-in date.The shuttle departs at 15:00.The shuttle from the property to Sapporo departs at 10:00.When booking 5 or more rooms, please note that the following conditions apply:
- A non-refundable deposit is obliged 30 days prior to your day of arrival. If you have booked within 30 days of arrival, the deposit will be charged after you book.
- Your booking will be cancelled if the deposit cannot be processed.

1. Staff members were very professional and attentive. 2. Our room was very spacious. 3. There are various hike trails in the vicinity. 4. The free shuttle from Sapporo. 5. The classical music and free drinks in the CD lounge, along with the library space.

The room was massive, clean and generally well-kept. The amenities and facilities were great, there were multiple activity rooms like a small arcade and table tennis, and a nice area to relax in the lobby with complimentary drinks. The private onsen was quite easy to book and was very nice.

The hotel was very spacious, within Jozankei it’s got a fantastic location because it’s right next to the bus stops that takes you to Sapporo as well as Koukusai Ski Resort which was the purpose of our visit. It’s got fantastic dinners. The lobby has a music area that offers free drinks for you to relax, and free manju as well!
