For your comfort, the total capacity of the house is 6 people maximum, CHILDREN UNDER 2 YEARS OLD INCLUDED, because the cottage is not suitable and insured for more people.The rental concluded between the parties can in no case benefit even partially to third parties, individuals or legal entities, unless written agreement of the owner.
The villa has a capacity of 6 people maximum (5 adults maximum), but only the number of people registered at the time of booking will be able to stay in the villa, in which case a supplement of 12€ per person per night tourist tax will be requested for additional people not planned at the time of booking, and of course, without exceeding the maximum capacity of 6.Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation but is tolerated outsideIt is prohibited to charge your electric vehicle on the rental sockets. We can advise you on the locations of the nearest terminals.No parties or events possible for the comfort of the neighborhoodOnly one dog is accepted in the cottage but under certain conditions-->
