Exceptional stay! Everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless and very comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service was top-notch. The location is perfect — close to everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely come back

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mateus Hotel in Jounieh. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is modern, spotless, and beautifully designed with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, extremely clean, and very comfortable, with all the details perfectly thought out to make guests feel at home. The location is also excellent – close to everything yet quiet enough to relax and enjoy your time. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional service. The entire staff was kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A very special thanks goes to Halim, who welcomed us in the best way possible and made sure every single detail of our stay was smooth and enjoyable. He went above and beyond to assist us, whether it was with check-in, recommendations, or just making sure we felt comfortable. His professionalism and genuine care really made a difference and added so much value to our trip. Overall, Mateus Hotel is a perfect choice in Jounieh – whether you are visiting for business or leisure. The combination of comfort, cleanliness, location, and outstanding hospitality makes it truly special. I highly recommend it and I will definitely be coming back!
