The location was perfect with a very spacious modern room with full amenities. On top the service was excellent and the staff helped us with all our needs. I recommend this place for everyone traveling to Jounieh.

Lovely people working there, the breakfast was amazing and they even catered more for me as I’m vegan The Syrian guy at the reception was exceptional - super friendly and lovely to speak with, he’s ready to help anytime with anything

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and beyond expectations. A special shout-out to Halim at the reception — he was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything. His warm attitude truly made our stay feel extra special. The breakfast was excellent, with great variety, and the staff were extremely friendly — a perfect start to our mornings. Great service, super clean rooms, and a perfect overall atmosphere. Definitely a 6-star experience — highly recommended!
