Location very good for families and the bhat buses for 10 bhat run regularly just flag one down pay 10 bhat get on and ring bell to get of so you can get anywhere in Pattaya both beaches for no more than 20 to 30 bhat per person, It has a nice restaurant and the pizzas are very good so enjoy 😁

Location, facilities, rooms are spacious, cleanliness is good, everything is as it should be There may be a lot of air conditioning noise, but I'm sleeping because I'm tired, so I don't hear it.
