Clean basic room. Comfortable bed. Shower has hot water. Nice cafe downstairs. Staff are nice. Breakfast was modest but tasty. Location was handy to small bars and food in the same street and you can walk to the beach and a small food market (tourist food mainly, not much atmosphere). Good value for money.

We got an overnight bus from Udon Thani which ended up arriving a few hours early. We landed to the accommodation about 6am looking to drop off our luggage, we were lucky enough to be allowed a super early check-in. The accommodation is a short walk to the beach and has a small night market across from beach. The accommodation was clean and modern finished and was definitely good value for money. The Aircon was quiet when running at night, which was great as the last few places we stopped at the Aircon was so loud. The room was spacious and we had two bathrooms.
