Good ventilation and cooling aircon. Basic needs met, no toothbrush so bring your own. Sufficient chairs to sit around. Functional fridge. They use direct filter tap water. Owner was fast when giving instructions prior to our visit. Good for family. The carpark is easily accessible and lift goes up straight to the unit. The building carpark entrance has like a metal shutter which opens with their cards and the guard very alert.
