I like the apartment so much, it feel like home. Very clean, fully air-con and with complete cutlery & cooking utensil. Come with washing machine, no dryer but there is a drying rack. Location is very convenient, 650M to CIQ, JB City Sq & Komtar. Convenient grab pick-up. City grocer n few nice restaurant at the ground flr.

Very clean and tidy, comfortable beds, quiet aircon and netflix capable tv (own account). Noise proofing was genuine, didn't hear a peep from the neighbours or those upstairs... if they were there?
