I stayed in their premier room. It was very spacious though it was old, (old like its build long time ago) but still maintain its cleanliness. The mattress is comfy as well as the pillows. Bedsheet was clean. Breakfast was ok, not so great but with the price you can't expect more. I wasn't disappointed.

The breakfast variety was reasonable. I liked the room space, came with make up table & even a couch. Location was near many eateries and shopping centres. Room was clean. Toilet was clean. Considering my standard of cleanliness is very high, the room met my standards. I was given the High floor. Happy that there was a convenient store and even a spa, although I didn't get to visit the spa.

Upon checking in and the first night, the Concierge was rude. Especially the staff on duty on the first night when I called to request for extra bath room floor towel, she hung up on me before I got the chance to thank her and finish my sentence.
