V near to KSL mall. That is the reason we chose. Overall, it's clean. Big room with 2 big beds. Old air cond (a bit noisy), but functionality is ok. Have all facilities like Hotels. No human contact, but staff is v friendly and contacted through WhatsApp all the time. For old people might be difficult to communicate. If you are on budget with family and not very fussy, it is worth it. We (couple without children) don't regret for one night stay there. Pillows are soft, bed is just nice, not v soft nor firm. No back pain for us. Overall, it is good for budget and able to enjoy the nightlife of SKL's busiest environment. It is 3 star hotel for us. No regrets.

Its on top of KSL mall which is really nice Its self check in There's a lot of food options around the area The view is pretty good in the apartment

The room smells nice, unlike the apartment we had booked for my earlier trip. Can tell that they make an effort to maintain the apartment. Staff is friendly. Will definitely rebook again when I'm having another short trip to JB.
