I had the lovliest time at the Lynnhurst hotel, the staff where excellent, nothing was too much trouble. I have a few health issues and they couldn't of helped any more to accommodate me than what they did for me. The hotel was spotless, the room had everything to make a very comfortable stay and the food was amazing. The Hogmanay feast in the ballroom was planned perfectly and the finishing touch was the piper to bring the New Year in. Thank you to everyone who made my stay a comfortable, lovely and memorable experience. I would 100% stay again and I will certainly recommend the Lynnhurst to everyone. Thank you again to the staff their customer service and hospitality was excellent.

As a wheelchair user then the accessable room was not booked for me , they upgraded me to a much bigger and better room so thank you for that however they need to do a lot of work around access to this part of the hotel ref ramps . The duty staff have raised this as it is not safe . This is also how you access the main accessable room as well . They need to put in new fixed ramps which they could do ref a 90 degree ramp with a 1 in 25 grade . This would involve lossing one car parking space at the front .

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff were also very responsive in communications about check-in etc. The rooms we had were spacious, the beds were comfy, there was a good selection of teas/coffees, and the rooms had modern flat screen TVs. It is a nice old building with lots of character and the foyer was very inviting.
