Staff were friendly and accommodating. I arrived exceptionally early from an overnight flight, and Lisa was kind enough to wake up early to receive me.

Everything from the check-in to the breakfast was fantastic. Ended up forgetting a very pricey item upon check out and they were kind enough to call us and advise us about it.

The tranquility of the place, the location and the friendliness of staff. How they take your request into consideration. The fact that u can come and go as u please. We had a geyser problem which was quickly resolved by moving us to another room which was a suite.
