The breakfast was great. Rooms were quiet. The whole place was clean which I appreciated. I liked how close it was to Eastgate.

Breakfast was good, plenty of time to eat and plenty of food. More space to sit and eat is definitely needed when the hotel is fully booked. Rooms are spacious. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

As usual the place was clean and the food was delicious, but the Poor loving receptionist lady was struggling with booking.com not reflecting in her system, we had to wait longer until she tried to load information manualy,Either booking.com or hotel management must up their games as we come there very tired just need only to bath and sleep nothing else, it was SOOO frustrating but with her experience she came us down as we were a lot of people expecting answers from her be she managed to comes us down telling us that all will be fixed soon and it was fixed by booking us one by one manually in the system
