Close to train station which makes day trips very easy. Good WiFi. Comfy rooms. Breakfast buffet that has just enough to feed a vegan. Nice staff.

We stayed here for one night visiting cherry blossom festival near Takada Castle. The hotel is 2 min by foot from the railway station, which is convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, rooms clean and breakfast tasty. We got a room with a beautiful view to the mountains. There is a public onsen just at the corner, so you can relax there in the evening after a long walk as we did.

Breakfast ok, same stanky fish every day.No eggs or cereal.Did have chocolate eclairs one day out of ten, woohoo. Lol! Location was great, right next to trains.
