Suraj Haveli is run impeccably by AJ and we felt incredibly welcomed by his whole family! The location is incredible with the most amazing views. AJ helped us organise guides and drivers that and we got so much more out of our time in Jodhpur than if we had attempted it by ourselves. We hope to return soon!

An incredible place. We have been hosted by an amazing family. The rooms were nice, comfortable and really clean, you can even get a room with a view on the fort (I really recommend booking this one). The food was delicious and you eat on the homestay’s rooftop which also has a view on the fort and the city.

If you’re looking for a property in the heart of Jodhpurs busy life then look no further. AJ and his family were so accommodating from the moment we arrived. Providing us with a warm traditional welcome, chai and even by helping us plan our few days in Jodhpur! He even went an extra mile by upgrading our room so we had an amazing view of the fort and the blue rooftops from our bed. The property has a wonderful rooftop where you can enjoy the views and have breakfast each morning. Even with our earlier departure they arranged a Tuktuk and provided us with a picnic breakfast! Thank you so much for a memorable stay! And we look forward to using AJ’s chai recipe, which he taught us, at home!
