I didn’t like the fact that I chose the apartment thinking it had a washing machine within the apartment and it did not as advertised on Booking.com. I pointed out the misleading information and a person disagreed with because they said the washing machine was in a communal area. Also it was not advertised that R$10 had to be paid upfront before use. The person text me to say it was a symbolic payment but disagree as it is a mandatory payment to be made before being given access to the washing machine. An appointment has to be made through the washing machine operator who will give a time slot regardless of whether the time is convenient or not. I sent images of 3 Booking.com pages from the website as proof to illustrate the apartment was advertised in a misleading way but the apartment management argued that it was but did not provide an adequate answer. All very disappointing.
