The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that extra beds come in the form of mattresses. Extra bed charges apply.

Location is very near to the morning market. Could buy breakfast like kuihs, nasi lemak, roti canai and more very easy. And about 300m walking to Lotus Jitra, DIY and Watson.

Strategic location, near pasar pagi. Got swimminh pool and badminton court. Despite a budget hotel, it was comfortable to stay.
