The property is new. It is near a very small village called Kolong. There is a cut from Leh Manali highway few km before Jispa and we have to go 4 km inside from main road to reach hotel. Hotel has excellent view of snow capped mountains. Major liking is heated bed which is boon in sub zero temperatures. Sanitation is good, everything was neat and clean. Toiletries and tea coffee maker, clean towels etc was provided. They had Solar for hot water. Even owner has offered free separate room instead of extra bed, because extra bed doesn't have heating system. Owner is a govt teacher and his young son is taking care of the property. He has good knowledge of local things. No issue in hotel or stay and was very comfortable. All rooms have good views. We have booked 4 rooms and hotel was totally empty despite it was peak season.

A very nice boutique hotel, well decorated, in the mountain with beautiful views. Confortable bed, hot showers, amenities, a true relaxing time after days of trekking.
