Beach “It was what we had expected, for a very budget priced non ski season place”

Obviously an older establishment, getting a little tired on the exterior; but very clean. Bed a simple spring mattress, not as comfortable as many of the ensemble type at other motels during this trip, some for similar tariff.

The Property was exactly as described in photos. It is a short drive to Jindabyne and about a 45 min drive to Charlotte pass. It is a great location to explore the Kosciusko national park.

Breakfast need to improve its more like a kids foster care or hostel Breakfast without any eggs even. I think making little bit more better if possible
