I liked how Matt the Manager moved me to a room with a window now problem. And I also locked myself out a few times but the staff helped out no problem.

The hotel is in a great location right next to the main shopping centre. There is also a bistro attached to the hotel which had good food options. The room has a good amount of space and lovely views outside. I also loved having the sauna option. The shower was excellent with good hot water.
