Good accomodation and kind staff, but such a shame how they keep their animals... So sad to see the turtle is trapped between concrete tiles where he barely can move! He is trying to escape everyday..(what we understand) Please everyone say something about it, hopefully we can make a change this way & give him a better life somewhere else or complete freedom! Their answer to our comment was that they give him food.. what a joke ! Also, there are 2 snakes in tiny tiny glass boxes with nothing inside just concrete tiles and a plastic cup with water ! I don't understand why the owners have those animals here because we never saw them and the animals have no purpose at all here! For me this is pure animal abuse PLEASE TELL THEM

Location: The hotel is in a very nice location with easy access to the main street yet a good distance from the busy streets, hence, provides peace and quiet. Staff: The staff are very accommodating. Rooms: The rooms provide basic amenities; beds are comfortable; facilities are generally new, clean and well-kept; a/c and water supply very good. Cafe: Menus are kept simple, good portions. Parking: Parking space can be limited but guests can use the vacant lot beside the property which the hotel's CCTV cameras can monitor for safety. Price: get a very good value for money.

The property itself was great. The location was a little off the main road but still accessible.
