“Pleasant stay”

I stayed here for a night in order to gain entry to Rock Bar at the sunset hours. Unfortunately the sky was a bit cloudy that day but luckily it didnt rain. No regrets tho because the room was amazing; very brightly lit, welcoming and clean. It looked way nicer than the pictures they provided, trust me. The bed was really comfy and the shower was amazing i loved the hair and body wash provided!! The staff were all very pleasant and always greeted with smiles and explained everything patiently and thoroughly. A pity i didn't have the time to explore the entire grounds and other facilities. They have an app which tells you everything you need to know about AYANA including tram schedules!

We visited Ayana for the second time, we first visited for a holiday back in 2022 and we got engaged in Bali and came back for our honeymoon. This hotel will always be one of the most amazing places/experiences, there is so much to see and do throughout Ayana and I couldn’t recommend it any more! We will continue to visit Ayana on future holidays!

Luxurious experience with superb hospitality and very attentive, helpful and kind staff. The room was spacious, comfortable bed, large bathroom with shower and bathtub! The resort itself offered a great variety of facilities, 24 restaurants and the most incredible views. The tram that transferred us between the various locations was a true highlight- very prompt and regular- super easy and stress free to navigate the whole resort. Breakfast was 10/10 amazing!
