The staff were very warm, polite & welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. The location was perfect as it was close to the airport. Lovely view of the sunset on the rooftop bar.

Excellent staff and clean rum. Very diverse breakfast with everything you can think of. Two different but stunning pools. A really nice gym and rooftop. Two restaurants in the hotel. Recommend it highly. We came back to this hotel several times during our trip in bali.

Staff were lovely on arrival, check in was quick & efficient. Staff in the restaurant were also very nice and attentive. Room is huge, big bed (VERY firm mattress) clean, plenty of amenities etc. Hotel itself feels fancy and nice, there are little signs of needing refreshing - mostly just repainting needed of doors etc. We were here less than 24 hours so can't really comment on the location but seems like a lot of nearby restaurants all on the beach! Breakfast was very good, lots of variety - everything you'd want. I'm a fussy eater but loved the bircher muesli pots. The pastries/breads/cakes were exceptional and fresh.
