We love the architecture, location and amenities. But above all, it was the people who made it a true 5 star. Miss Erica and all front office staff exceeded our expectations by noticing every detail - no matter how minor it seemed. All departments shared a single view of the total guest experience, be it reception, bar, restaurant, house keeping etc., so that Guest Relations Officers can follow up and proactively address any issues. These "negative incident reports" are even shared across other Marriot sister hotels to prevent anything worse. In fact, such effective management system inspired me in own work, especially when it comes to breaking silos across departments. I was deeply touched by the team's "pride and joy in being a hotelier" - very well put in their own words. This hotel is one of the very few hotels in the world that I would consider returning to.

Everything was amazing! I really want to thank the hotel stuff for a great job! Stuff in the hotel is kind and helpful. And of course the hotel. Everything that you may need you can find there. Rooms are large, they contain everything that you may need, from the coffee machine to the great balcony, mosquitoes spray, etc. Wind is always blowing through the hotel, and there are always shadow and sunny parts inside. It has a great swimming pool, where you can find comfortable beds, order drinks. The view from each room is great. You can find calm and pièce at this hotel. Thanks a lot once again!!! The breakfast is served with a different type of food. You can even have a takeaway coffee. I’m happy to visit this hotel and I’ll recommend it to my friend, family, etc.
