I had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment we walked into the lobby, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I mentioned that it is our wedding anniversary in our booking, we got a surprised room upgrade to 1bedroom suites club lounge access from our club premium room. The room was decorated beautifully with petals, including in the bathroom where the roses added an elegant touch. Also, there was an anniversary cake as well. It made the occasion even more special. The butler who assisted us throughout the evening was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every moment was perfect from check in, club lounge canapé time and assist to our room. Breakfasts buffet has very wide choices of good food. As part of the club room, we got buffet breakfast, club afternoon tea, private club pool areas for club members and I used and love all the services and staff are amazing. There are free activities for guest as well , eg yoga, water aerobic etc. From the beautiful decor to the exceptional service, every aspect exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be coming back.

The room was very comfortable, large closet, good bathroom amenities. Ate at Bella Cucina and Jimbaran Gardens. Food was good, service was excellent and prices were very reasonable for a 5* hotel. Breakfast buffet was superb. Easy to find a sunlounger. If you join the IHG Club for free, get 20% discount on food and non alcoholic drinks.
