The included breakfast was wonderful! The cooks were lovely, and I was so grateful for the delicious food they made for me on-site. The service was wonderful — the hotel manager was fantastic and very responsive. I didn't get enough time to jump in the pool, but I wish I did because it was lovely! The bed was also very big, always a favourite for me! The big windows let in so much light, it was so nice to just lie down on the bed.

Quiet, lovely place with nice outdoor bath. Precook your spa session. Breakfast was nice, we woke up for sunrise view of Mt Batur!

The location is a little out of the way from shops, beaches so you definitely need a scooter or car . It’s a hot walk to anywhere . Views from rooftop cafe are amazing !!! Good at cafe is average . Big size rooms and beds . Bathrooms are not very well ventilated so felt quite musty. Kettle in the room had a broken lid and was not clean inside. Staff were very hospitable and we were able to hire a scooter from them to get us around . Pool was inviting and clean
