The location is a little remote but it is what we like. It is very peaceful. The breakfast is a bit limited but adequate and the champagne a bonus. The staff are all amazing, especially Bayu in the gym. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

We have stayed in numerous five star hotels across the world, from St Moritz to Dubai, yet the level of service and genuine kindness we experienced here was truly beyond compare. From the very first moment, everything felt immaculate and heartfelt. The service was attentive, caring and impressively swift. The food was consistently excellent, the atmosphere vibrant and relaxed, and availability at all times outstanding. Rendy, in particular, deserves special recognition. He is in a class of his own. From the outset, he guided us through our restaurant and bar experiences with exceptional grace, deep knowledge and natural elegance. A true five star host who embodies excellence in every sense. His explanations, including those of the local wines, were thoughtful, engaging and delivered with genuine passion. Our villa was spectacular, impeccably maintained and serviced to the highest standard. Housekeeping did an outstanding job throughout our stay. We also made use of the laundry service, which was priced very reasonably and delivered flawless results. The private outdoor area was beautifully designed, featuring a stunning pool, two comfortable seating loungers, an outdoor sideboard with sink, and a dining table for two, creating a perfect balance of privacy and comfort. The shared pool areas were consistently pristine and exceptionally well maintained. Service staff were always nearby and attentive, whether we were ordering by the pool, relaxing on sun loungers, in our room, or anywhere else on the property. What stood out most was the people. The team at Cross Bali Breakers remembered our names from the very first day and consistently approached us in a warm, personal and genuinely friendly manner, which made the experience feel deeply special. Evenings were thoughtfully curated, with traditional flute performances that were truly impressive, as well as live music and barbecue nights that added to the relaxed yet refined atmosphere.

Amazing staff and amazing facilities. The pool was very comfortable and there was a variety of things to order off the menu. The bed was extremely comfortable in our room and the facilities were clean with staff checking in daily for cleaning.

Loved it! Went there with a 10 month old baby and they made us feel so welcomed. Had a spacious baby crib, baby chair at the restaurant, baby friendly foods. Also loved Gym classes for adults every day! Honestly one of the best hotels we have been to.
