Such a lovely warm welcoming host! The villa has a gorgeous pool and outdoor sitting area, it felt like an oasis

The Villa itself was nice, generally clear and OK. The kitchen was not good equipped, the things were old and many things for cooking were missing. It is a general habit to have kitchen out of the house, but here it was really quite far from the sitting area. Pool and rooms and beds were OK, the bathrooms were kind of older and the kitchen was not good as mentioned above.

An incredibly fantastic and large villa. An enormous swimming pool and a beautiful garden filled with palm trees. But what made it truly amazing was the kindness and hospitality of the owners, who lived nearby. We were treated to a complimentary breakfast that they prepared for us at their home, as well as a small gift. I travel a great deal for my work, but I have never experienced such warmth or felt so welcome. Thank you!

Away from the busy areas of Muscat. Stores and cafes were a short drive away. Plenty of space for a large group, outdoor pool was big. BBQ facilities and the hospitality of the owner made the check-in process very smooth, and recommended places near by. Will definitely book again on my next visit.
