Staff was English Speaking, - House keeping , and Phone operator also , In china biggest issue is language, and if u get some one respnding in English, what else u want , room was spacious, clean , extra water, wifi was good,

The hotel staff was very comfortable with English language and this is the biggest benefit I think in China ,also the staff was very helpful, the rooms were big ,very clean there was not the strange smell that normally Chinese hotel have
