The staff is extremely courteous and helpful, suggested places of interest to visit, answer our every query. We were offeredd an upgrade to the family room which was the size of an apt. Truly made a difference to our stay. awesome.

I booked 2 rooms, the double room was a bit small, quard room very spacious. The place is clean. The hot spring bath was good. We enjoyed it.
