The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Late check-out on Saturdays (Shabbat) and final day of Jewish holidays is available upon request and at a surcharge.

The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Since I was trying to get some work done during my stay, it was nice to have access to a coffee machine downstairs all the time. Good breakfast with lots of options, though it would have been nice to have real orange juice.

The staff are so patient and accommodating. Though I changed arrival details etc they were all amazing. The after care I received with another matter, after I had returned home was exceptional.

Breakfast correct according to the Israeli way. Staff devoted to the least wish of the customers. Ideal location at the intersection of Yehuda street and Dereh Hevron with many buses available
