Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.When booking 4 rooms or more the cancellation policy is as follows: Free until 14 days. 50% between 14-7 days and total charge when cancelled less than 7 days prior to the arrival.Our reception desk is open daily until 5PM. Check in is possible also after this hour. Guests are requested to check in online in order to receive their check in instructions". I loved the fact it was close to most of the place we were about to visit. In fact, Stay Jaffa Hospitality is in the center of Jerusalem. 20 mn walk from the Western Wall, 3,7 km from the Getsemane Garden, and the olive mount. You feel G-d presence in Jerusalem. The managerial staff were available when we need to. I would be more than happy to recommend them. I by the way, took their number because we plan to come back in August, B'H.

The location was good. Close to the old town. The kitchen was equipped. Also it had the washing maschine and the dryer.

The location,vey nice. Close to the old city, restauranst, shops, end the Tram is very good.
