The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Room was upgraded for free as not many people there which was nice. Staff were also very nice and extremely helpful with any issues. Looked clean to me. It had air con as well which was appreciated. Very good place for the price overall.

We had a very pleasant stay. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. The location is excellent, everything is easily accessible. The accommodation was very clean, and everything was provided as expected. Thank you for the hospitality — we would be happy to return.

Very nice and friendly staff with very good attitude. Good comfort according to the Jerusalem standards, for this price and the fact, that You live in the center it is really good. We liked it a lot and were really pleased.
