Excellent Stay – Highly Recommend! I recently stayed at this hotel and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Special thanks to"Elias" who greeted me with a smile every time and offered great tips about local sites and transport options. Their kindness and efficiency truly stood out and made me feel like a valued guest. It’s rare to find a front desk team that combines genuine hospitality with such a high level of service. Thank you for making my time in Jerusalem so smooth and enjoyable! Also housekeeping man was very kind and did his job very well.(i dont know his name,he was wearing beige costume). The room was very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfeeeeeeect!! Definetly next time i am coming back here! See you soon! Kind Regards N.

The stay was fantastic especially with the amazing lady at reception called RADIA she helped us for real we were a bit confused regarding what we’re saw in the comment she didn’t even hesitate to show us rooms before checked us in keep it up . Positive energy with great attitude and smiling from the beginning till the end. Thank you so much Radia for everything and certainly we’ll be back just for your amazing service
