The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Please note that check-out on Saturdays and on Jewish holidays is at the regular check-out times. Guests who wish to extend their check-out time due to religious reasons should be aware that a supplement will be added to their room rate.

Excellent location, right next to bus and train stations. Really helpful staff. Mary arranged for us to check in early and the night staff helped us secure a taxi at short notice in the middle of the night. Remarkably quiet hotel, considering it is so close to transport links. Tea and coffee available all the time in the lounge. We liked the décor - Moroccan.

This was my 3rd stay at this hotel and for good reason. Everything exceeded my expectations, but what really stood out was the incredible kindness of the staff. A special mention goes to Mrs Mary, who went above and beyond to help me and was very kind and truly caring. I would also like to thank Mr. Hazaz, who kindly assisted me when I arrived at 5:30 in the morning after a long overnight flight: his help made all the difference. The suite was spotless and very comfortable, with plenty of pillows and towels provided, which I really appreciated. It was also wonderfully quiet, allowing me to rest properly after traveling. All the amenities were in perfect working order, making the stay even more pleasant. Overall, a flawless experience. I would happily return for a 4th time and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and above all outstanding service.

A convenient location for Binyanei Hauma and the train and bus station. The staff were helpful and pleasant, particularly Mary.
