We booked the Hematian Hotel very last minute and the hotel manager was very helpful. Due to arriving on Rosh Hashana and leaving on Shabbat, our traveling times were difficult, but the hotel manager helped us work around these issues perfectly. The communication with the hotel manager was very good and very helpful and reassuring. The location of the hotel is perfect, in walking distance to the old city of Jerusalem as well as to shopping areas. The beds were very comforatble and the windows were sound proof and had protection against insects and mosquitos. We had a very good stay and are happy to recommend the Hematian Hotel.

Fantastic central location near Jaffa Road within walking distance from light rail. Quiet and very clean. Mona, the manager, called me several times with instructions and was ever so friendly and patient with all my questions. I will definitely go back.
