Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Please note that the entrance to the hotel's car park is from Sarei Israel Street. The staff is amazing. It started with a phone call from the reception desk prior to our arrival to make sure that we were aware that they have a free parking for us, and directing us how to get there. Later on they surprised us with a bonus dinner! Food was excellent and the service in the dining room was warm and very friendly. In particular I would like to express my appreciation to Ali for his exceptional service.

The staff at the reception was really nice and friendly ! The room was clean and comfortable, the elevators were surprisingly fast. The breakfast was good.
