The house itself is bathed in natural light, featuring a bright and airy aesthetic with light colors throughout, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped with every imaginable utensil and appliance, making it a true pleasure to use. We particularly appreciated Tanisha's thoughtfulness in providing a generous supply of both personal toiletries and cleaning materials for the house. The bedrooms were spacious, meticulously clean, and very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Regarding logistics, getting to New York City from this location was remarkably easy and straightforward, with no difficulties whatsoever. Finally, our host, Tanisha, was outstanding. From our initial inquiries pre-booking, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, providing prompt responses and even helping us with itinerary questions. Throughout our stay, she remained diligently concerned about our comfort and ensured everything was in perfect order. Tanisha's House offers a fantastic blend of comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. We would gladly stay there again

Travelling from Australia it felt like home away from home. Perfect location to visit NYC short train ride with heaps of room. We were able to do shopping, cooking, washing and park the hire car for free which would be very difficult to do if we stayed in Manhattan. The house is beautiful and roomy. A great way to go if you don't like being stuck in a hotel room for any length of time. Highly recommend we will certainly be back again.
