I had a truly wonderful experience at Jermuk Hotel & Spa. The food was absolutely delicious, the staff were extremely friendly, and the rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Everything was organized perfectly, including the treatments, which were of a very high standard. I want to give a special mention to physiotherapist Leyla Gabrielyan. She was not only incredibly kind and caring, but also very knowledgeable and professional. You can tell she truly knows what she’s doing, and that gave me a lot of confidence during my stay. She is without a doubt a top specialist and a great asset to the hotel. Overall, I can highly recommend Jermuk Hotel & Spa — it’s the perfect place for relaxation, healing, and excellent service.

The location is magnificent, and the rooms and most of the facilities are perfectly, shiny clean! Also we've enjoyed the desserts at lunch

The best rest we've had in a long time. Spacious rooms, comfy beds, fantastic meals with great choice, gorgeous views from the swimming pool, the kindest and professional staff. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and are already looking forward to coming back again.
