⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Best Stay We’ve Ever Had, True Hidden Paradise! Pousada O Refúgio is absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything felt like a dream. Our suite was beyond perfect, two private jacuzzis, beautifully designed, and an impeccably clean room that smelled amazing every day. The attention to detail is unmatched. One of the biggest highlights was the incredible breakfast served directly to our room. Fresh, delicious, generous, and presented with such care, truly the best breakfast we’ve ever had at any hotel or pousada. A huge thank you to Antonio and the entire Pousada O Refúgio team. They are warm, professional, and multilingual, speaking Portuguese, Italian, English, and more for sure, making every interaction smooth and welcoming. Their hospitality is on another level. We also loved how the pousada respects and protects local wildlife. Seeing birds, lizards, iguanas, frogs, and other animals living freely and safely around the property was a magical bonus. It shows their dedication to nature and to creating a peaceful, balanced environment. If you’re lucky enough to find the suite we stayed in available, don’t hesitate book it immediately. Between the comfort, the privacy, the nature, and the impeccable service, this place truly has it all. A real charm, a real refuge, and an absolute must-visit. We can’t wait to come back!

Antônio has been the nicest host possible welcoming us to Jeri with tips where to eat and what to do in town, as well as speaking a good English (very rare in the North of Brazil!). The pousada is in a central location, but far from the noise of the main street. It is small and very welcoming. Our room and bathroom were spacious, the bed really confortable and well equipped. The bathroom had shower gel and hairdryer and the room had air-conditioning, a kettle with cups and glasses, a safe and a frigo bar full with many different drinks available. The breakfast was served on the pool edge in the nice little garden and it is really good: plenty of fruit, savoury and cooked options are available. The pousada has also an available shower for guests who are leaving which we used (also with clean towels!). It is such a good opportunity once you've already checked out, but have some beach time before leaving! Really highly recommenend!

I liked everything. It's really nice refuge from the busy town. Lovely room, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Great staff with eye for detail. One of the best places I stayed.
