The general ambience of the hotel was good. Some refurbishment is ongoing and is needed in some areas.

Staff are exceptional and the food served in the pool bar and restaurant is outstanding. Location was ideal for us but may not suit everyone- make sure you do your research. Like that the pool is manned and any vacant ‘reserved’ beds have towels removed to prevent hogging. This hotel is outstanding value for money- it was our second time here.

I stayed at Hotel Jerez & Spa for 6 nights. The hotel is somewhat old and could use some renovating, but the rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is also big and clean and open till quite late. Parking is free and I always found a spot. Staff is friendly.
