Toilet is clean and available inside the room, though need to share the living room and kitchen. Regulations set by owner, loud sound and noise will be charged fee is reasonable. The result is no other customers were noisy during stay. The owner immediately inform me when I left my belongings after check out, and let me get the item immediately is a good hospitality. Sejadah, iron separated from rooms to avoid misuse, a good practice too.

Very clean and tidy. Has a hot & cold drinking water facility and a nice clean refrigerator in the common area. Clean eating utensils in the kitchen as well.
