Basic homestay with decent comfort in the room, fine a/c and a sitting area outside in the heat. Convenient for the ferry port, thoufh you'd still need a transfer if you have luggage. Fair value.

It's clean & the host was very informative/helpful via WhatsApp. You get a small towel (enough to dry yourself after shower), soap, shampoo, toothbrush & toothpaste, mineral water bottle. Aircon was good, although our remote lost its display so we just pressed the buttons, hoping it would do what we intended to do. There's a shared kitchen if you want hot drink or cook/heat simple food, and refill your bottle. Location is good, plenty of food stalls around, there's a Cafe nearby, small traditional shop to buy necessities. Very basic but great for a night sleep before going to Karimunjawa.

This homestay is the perfect spot to stay over and take the boat to Karimunjawa. They have 24 hour check in, they are in a good location close to the port, and the rooms are good. The homestay also gives you a lot of information about the ferry right after you book your stay. Highly recommend.
