The front desk staff were outstanding, helpful and happy to help with us when needed. The room was clean, large, with a beautiful Mountain View; and the spa bath was in a perfect position to view the tv, and the balcony. The wifi in the room was fast, and the tv was hooked up to the WiFi also, so we could use Netflix/Disney+ and YouTube. The under floor heating and heated bed were added bonuses!

The check-in process was very smooth, and the room was very spacious. There was some traditional breakfast and in the close vicinity you can find some restaurants, as well as convenience stores. It's a solid choice if you don't mind being a bit away from Jeonju's main attractions. On the plus side, it's easy to get to in a car and there is a parking, which might be an issue closer to the Hanok Village.

Location , friendly staff, room , bathroom and spa bathtub was really big. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back

We ended up staying here because we found our Hanok very uncomfortable, much better to stay here and visit the hanok village with public transport. Very big rooms with lots of facilities and a great bath. We liked the Korean style breakfast.
