The owner was helpful and breakfast was really good! Location was great, hanok was clean and comfortable with lots of facilities eg water dispenser, towels, toilet rolls prepared for you

We stayed in this Hanok for two nights and met a lot of other French people there, as well as in the town in general, which was a pleasant surprise. The owners of the Hanok are very friendly and helpful. You can contact them at the start of your booking via Booking or WhatsApp, and they will respond quickly. We had forgotten something when we left, and the owner was very attentive and waited for us to return. When we arrived, the owner also guided us to park correctly in a free private car park, which is very useful while exploring South Korea by car. We then discovered the Hanok, which, although small, was charming. There are only a few rooms in the property, which accounts for a pleasant, intimate and friendly experience. I stayed there with my parents in a room: it was indeed a bit technical to have our suitcases and mattresses on the floor, as space is limited, but we had the option of leaving our things in the car in the worst case scenario. The beds were comfortable, and for two nights, they did the trick. We also had a small fridge and TV, which was ideal. As for the bathroom, it was spacious, but unfortunately lacked space to put things down, as it is a Korean-style shower. However, it was more than adequate. As for breakfast, I found it satisfying. Although it's Korean food and that may come as a shock in the morning, if, like me, you are used to a European or American breakfast, you'll certainly find something to suit you. The dishes on offer are very fresh and made by the owners (we were lucky enough to see the owner cleaning her kimchi during our stay). So every morning you will have something different and delicious. The coffee is also very good, and you'll certainly feel full. The big plus of this accommodation is certainly its location. The hanok is right in the centre of Gyeongju, next to the busy streets and souvenirs, and you won't hear a thing at night.
