I like the PDF check in manual and restaurant recommendations by the staff. As a traveller first time come to Penang, it really means a lot.

I couldn't complain any we decide to book a accommodation late night at 11pm. A while after booking was made, they contact and confirm via WhatsApp and share details about check in. After the deposit has made, we been given unit detail. The unit is super comfy for 8pax for a night. The pool and playground are clean, our kids love them. High recommend this place. Ohh yeah.. I love the water pressure on our unit.
