We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff, especially the ladies at the front desk and housekeeping, were incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. This historical castle hotel is absolutely fabulous. Great comfortable room, a nice restaurant with moderate prices, and a small but excellent breakfast buffet. But the best part was the service and friendly welcome we got. After check in we wanted to go for a walk, but it had started to rain. The very service minded receptionist (we think his name was Kamil) instead took us on a tour around many of the existing rooms and corners, gave us the history, and then suggested we played a game of pool, while waiting for the rain to stop. Such a good service is rare, and makes us want to come back.
