Didn't expect it, but we got a room upgrade which was nice as we had a challenging time to get to the hotel. The hotel was overall comfortable, clean and the staff were lovely!

Great location near airport within 3 bus station distance, less than 30 minutes. Nice staff with decent English proficiency. Good condition of room facilities. Various choices and good quality breakfast. Reasonable price during low travel seasons. Grocery just downstairs. Duty free mall within 10 minute walk.
