Nice facilities especially the Spa. Interesting to explore the different sauna rooms. Room is lovely, spacious well thought out. Love the luxurious bath area that’s separated from the toilet L! And the city view is spectacular!

The Grand Hyatt Jeju exceeded all our expectations. The hotel itself is stunning - luxurious, modern, and incredibly spacious. Our room was spotless, with a super comfortable bed, a spa-like bathroom, and beautiful views. What really stood out was how much the hotel offers. There’s a massive range of shops and restaurants within the hotel, and many of them stay open late, which made everything so convenient. The staff were also fantastic - professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The service was seamless from check-in to check-out. A special mention to Randy from the staff, he was especially helpful and made us feel very welcome. His friendly attitude and local tips made a big difference in our stay. Also Jake was great at check-out, assisting us with our luggage and making the departure process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Jeju.

Exquisite hotel! The room was huge and perfectly decorated. Supper comfy bed. View from window was amazing. The variety of restaurants is great and we ate at 3 of them, which was very good and fairly priced. We especialy liked the Guest Relation's Manager Mr. Randy, who helped us in checking and was very kind!!
