“Spacious room and kind staff”

I had a great stay at this hotel! It’s a good value! The room was large and clean, with a real shower (not just a wet bathroom), which I really appreciated. I also liked the clothes steamer in the room. The location was great, it's near the airport. It's also very VERY close to the Lotte Hotel, which many tours depart from. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was located in a central area of Jeju City. Easy to walk and find restaurants and shops. Upon checking in the early evening, the front desk staff was unfriendly and cold. She didn't even want to say hello and made little eye contact which is not what we expect when staying at hotels. However, the rooms were clean and nice. The staff in the morning were much friendlier which made our experience a bit better upon check out.

Close proximity to Jeju airport, and sits on a main road which meant easy access to plenty of bus services, and other amenities/restaurants. The hotel has it's own on-site cafe on the GF and there's a small 7/11 next door. Lovely powerful shower which I always appreciate, and global-friendly power outlets are built into the bed frame, so you don't need to worry about adapters. This was a nice touch.
